CEEDI is the earliest one to carry out the engineering design and R&D of microelectronics project in China, and completed the engineering design of the first cleanroom building and first tunnel type cleanroom in China’s electronics industry. It has undertaken the engineering design of more than 70 microelectronics projects for over 40 customers. CEEDI completed the engineering design of the first semiconductor manufacturing facility in China that is capable and flexible for the front-end process of 12 inch and 0.18μm IC, and was awarded with the Silver Prize for National Excellent Engineering Design for this project. CEEDI has made great contribution to the development of the new generation very large scale integrated circuit sector of China.
