Li Peibin, the Vice President of CEEDI, state Grade 1 registered structural engineer and registered construction master, and an expert enjoying special allowance of the state government. During his 25-year career in the technical and administration control, Mr. Li Peibin directed the engineering design, design scheme evaluation and project management of dozens of key construction projects. The project of the new air traffic control tower at Beijing Capital International Airport of which Mr. Li Peibin directed the engineering design was awarded with a first prize at ministry level for the excellent engineering design. Besides, Mr. Li Peibin has conducted extensive studies and active practice on how exploration and engineering design enterprises carry out turn-key contracting efforts. He has published 13 papers, and directed and participated the drafting of a dozen of national and trade standards like ˇ°Code for Turn-key Contracting Management of Construction Projectsˇ±. Now, Mr. Li Peibin is a director of China International Engineering Consulting (under the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation) as well as a director of the Construction Project Management and Turn-key Contracting Branch, China Exploration and Design Association. He is a versatile expert with rich practice experience in engineering design and project management.
