The Vice Chief Engineer of CEEDI Group, senior engineer at research fellow level and state registered electrical engineer. He has engaged in the engineering design 25 years. Zhong Jinghua directed and participated the engineering design and construction contracting of several dozens of national medium- and large-sized industrial and civil buildings, edited and was involved in the drafting of a dozen of national standards, codes and standard drawing volumes like ˇ°Code for Design of Electronic and Information System Machine Roomsˇ±. He has made a name for himself as an expert in the electrical circle and data center construction field in China.
