| CEEDI enjoyed the earliest experience
in China in the engineering design, research and development in
microelectronics industry, which included the design of the first
cleanroom and tunnel-type cleanroom. Up to the present, the
microelectronics facilities with CEEDI involvement have totaled over 70
projects for more than 40 clients. In CEEDI, team knows well the trend of
microelectronics development and is specialized in purification of air,
gas and water, micro-vibration control, ESD control, pollution control
provisions, power failure provisions and environmental protection and so
on. CEEDI has accomplished the design of the first front end of IC lab for
12" and 0.18 μm technology at home, which shows its domestic leading
position in engineering design for ULSI fab. |
