The Sixth Innovation Cup BIM Design Competition is jointly organized by China Exploration & Design Association and Autodesk Software. The award ceremony was held recently. CEEDI’s design for Nanchang Wanda Mall Project wins the prize of “Best BIM Application Award” in the competition.

Nanchang Wanda Mall is located in Nanchang City, Jiangsu Province. The total floor area is 200,000 m² and the height of the building is 24m. The project consists of aquarium, film city and commercial complex.

CEEDI is responsible for project detailed design and BIM design. BIM design includes BIM management and BIM model integration for building, structure, mechanical and electrical engineering, decoration, curtain wall and landscaping. The aquarium is planned as the largest aquarium in Asia and the film city has an advanced 5d cinema. The special requirements on the subsystem for the project greatly increase the complexity of BIM work. Winning the prize is the great recognition of CEEDI’s work.
